• Supply your home address for the purpose of a shoot.

• Employ us to take photographs of you.

• Store the images taken in your shoot to 2 x back up hard drives for a period of 5 years.

• Store the images taken in your shoot and agreed with you that we can use for promotional purposes indefinitely.

• We store your data at our business address on a computer and 2 x back up hard drives.

• We will keep your data for a period of 5 years (excluding images taken on your shoot and agreed with you that we can use for promotional purposes which are stored indefinitely).

• We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, which you can opt out of by sending an email to that effect.

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We many charge a small fee for this service.
